School Life and Awards

A glimpse into my life at school alongside my achievements

Chess Club

Being apart of the chess club has made my high school experience truly enjoyable. Although I am arguably the least skilled member, just being able to play with new (and old) friends is enough for me.

Also losing to people who are better than you is way better for practice than just constantly winning without any competition.

TEAM

2634

I recently joined my school's FRC (First Robotics Competition) Team as a programmer.

Jake's

HOuse

Jake's House is a charity dedicated to those diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and their family.

I have volunteered at their annual holiday party for 4 years in a row ever since I was in Grade 9. Whether it be serving food, blowing up balloons, or monitoring the bouncy castle, I would always be glad to help out.

Shout out to Nadia Pasquini for bringing this charity to my attention and giving me the opportunity to volunteer.
